Employment Opportunities at Mirkwood Engineering:
Junior Mechanical Technologist/Draftsman
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of mechanical drawings in CAD for HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.
- Preparation of preliminary and detailed design calculations.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical Engineering Technologist Diploma or Drafting Design Diploma from a recognized institution is preferred.
- Work experience in a related industry is an asset.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD 2004 or better is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills in a team environment
